Arguments

PRO Prop B will provide new investment in our transporta- tion system. 75% of Prop B's funds will be used for investments to improve Muni's reliability, frequency of service, and passenger capacity. 25% will be dedicated to make our streets safer.
CON Proposition "B" is a highly questionable city charter amendment allowing "The Controller, in his sole discretion..." to make all sorts of financial choices that are really political decisions.
